Houston Lexus dealerships

When you buy a car from one of the many Houston Lexus dealeships, you have to watch your back. Car salespeople aren’t known for their honesty, really. One of the most frustrating scams perpetrated by Houston Lexus dealerships and others is the call saying that your financing fell through.

Often, people apply for loans while they’re at the dealership. They sign the contract that the Houston Lexus dealerships hand them, they leave with their car thinking that they have a low APR, low monthly payments, and will be done paying for the car in around three years. You signed your contract (after reading it), so you’re safe…right?

Well, there’s a little bunch of words in most contracts that states that the buy is ’subject to loan approval’, which is something that many people pass over because they assume that their loan is already taken care of, considering that this is what the salesperson wants them to perceive. A couple of weeks later, though, you receive a call and find out that the loan didn’t go through after all, and now that you’re stuck with the car you have to accept whatever high rate and payment they will give you.
