I own a Lexus in Houston, and I made some very big mistakes, so I just want to warn everybody against making the same ones I did. The North Houston Lexus dealer has won the Elite Lexus award for six years now, and as a former customer (and one who will probably be a returning customer in the future), I can give North Houston Lexus several stars.

The sales staff was wonderful and helpful, and they walked me through getting the value of my trade in when I arrived to buy my North Houston Lexus two and a half years ago. What I have appreciated the most, though, is the continuing support I receive from North Houston Lexus as a Lexus owner. There are many free services that can be got from their center, and their collision repair team is excellent. The North Houston Lexus dealership is easy to get to, and provides a shuttle for those who have their vehicles in the collision center.

Talk about Westside all you want, but I think the best Lexus lot in the area is Sterling McCall Houston Lexus. I don’t think I’ve met so many people who know so much about cars in my life. I took the common advice and researched my car before I went to Sterling McCall Houston Lexus, and I was a little sneaky and asked them questions that I already knew the answer to, because I think car salespeople should know what they’re saying instead of blindly singing their praises.

Well, the Sterling McCall Houston Lexus people ended up teaching me things that I didn’t know, and they even changed my mind about the car I wanted in the end. I didn’t buy it on that first visit, but I want home and verified the information that the Sterling McCall Houston Lexus had given me, so since it was all right, I decided to buy the car they recommended. Westside Houston Lexus is where I bought my truck last fall, and for the past week or so I’ve been having some problems with it. It has some engine noise, and I’ve put off getting it fixed because I’m a little busy, but yesterday I decided to take it into the Westside Houston Lexus.

I pulled in and there was only one car at the shop there, but they had more than enough people to help me at Westside Houston Lexus. I handed over the keys. Westside Houston Lexus made me extremely comfortable while I waited for my truck to be serviced, and the staff were constantly passing by me and asking if I was comfortable, bored, and so on. It didn’t take long for them to figure out the problem and send me on my way. Wish I could have service like I got at Westside Houston Lexus from everywhere else.
